Our brewery
It is in the Intyamon Valley in the Gruyère region, on the slope of the Merlas, that the backstage of the craft brewery "Là Haut sur la Montagne" is nestled in Estavannens.
Surrounded by preserved nature, nurtured by our cultural and culinary heritage, we celebrate, day after day, our region through our brewing achievements.
Perhaps you have already guessed our unique ambition: to invite you to taste, with every sip, the identity of our land, rich and generous, certainly sometimes austere but always welcoming.
Our beers
Our craft beers have been crafted directly according to our own recipes by our brewers, using pure ingredients: water from our mountains with no additives, non-GMO guaranteed malt (rather than industrial corn), hops sourced from exceptional terroirs, and yeast that releases exceptional aromas. Allour beers are brewed, bottled, and labelled by us in our brewery in Estavannens in the Gruyère region.
